Children's Theatre Experience offers Payment Plans for those who find the full payment a burden if paid in full. This option is available only for those who register in person on the first rehearsal date at the full registration price. A sample payment schedule is listed below.

Payment Plan
option is available for registration fees only. Costumes, Tickets, Program
Advertisement, T-Shirts and other Optional Purchase items are not included. Payment
may be paid in full at any time during payment plan duration. Registration fee must
be paid in full prior to first rehearsal in theatre venue during production week.
Failure to make full payment of Registration Fee will result in expulsion from program and
participation in future productions. Staff reserves the right to refuse this option
to individuals deemed incapable of payments.

Children's Theatre Experience offers scholarships to families with special financial needs.
CTE scholarships 10% of a program's paid cast size, so the number of scholarships
available per production varies. The Scholarship covers the cost of registration
only. In return for scholarships, we ask recipients to donate time back to the
organization. Many options are available.
To qualify for a CTE Scholarship, please contact the
office at 800-514-2787 for an application to be mailed to you.
Scholarship applications must be received in the office one (1) week prior to first
rehearsal date. Confirmations of acceptance will be made via telephone and in some
cases via mail prior to the second rehearsal date. We highly recommend all
participants who apply for scholarship to attend the first rehearsal.

If you think our registration fee is high, wait 'til you see our production costs! When Children's
Theatre Experience was created, we took careful steps to live up to our name; to provide CHILDREN with the closest, most realistic THEATRE EXPERIENCE
possible! This goal translates into actual production sets (many of which are used by major touring companies), professional lighting
designers, sound designers, live musicians, choreographers and directorial staff, major state-of-the-art performance venues - all of which come with a high price tag.
To get a better look at where your fees go, and where our needs are, we are preparing a sample production budget that will be displayed on the site at a later date. Donations are always gladly accepted!
